The Direct Deposit ProcessPrintable

NW Soccer Officials supports a Direct Deposit mechanism to facilitate payment to the Referees that elect to receive payment electronically. dothewave PLEASE NOTE:

Not all Referee Associations under NW Soccer Officials offer this type of payment method. You need to be working directly for NW Soccer Officials and being paid directly from NW Soccer Officials to have this option available to you. As for all other payments methods from other associations, you will continue to receive payment as usual using their current payment process. Follow the directions below to make yourself eligible for Direct Deposit or to remove yourself from the mechanism.

Activate Direct Deposit

You activate your participation in Direct Deposit by simply accessing your Profile, setting the Request Banking fields, and clicking Update. You will need to have

  1. Your Bank's identity and ABA Routing Code
  2. The Type of Account (Checking or Savings)
  3. The specific Account number that is associated with the account funds should be transferred to

 

If your Bank is not listed in the Bank pulldown, contact the Webmaster with the name and ABA Routing code associated with your Bank.

Determine Current Banking Settings

If you already have Direct Deposit active, your Profile will display the current Banking settings after the label Current Banking in the profile (immediately above the Request Banking fields). If the Current Banking information is not displayed, it means you do NOT have Direct Deposit active.

To change the Direct Deposit information on file for you, simply set the appropriate Request Banking combination to the new values and click Update.

Deactivate Direct Deposit

You indicate your desire to remove yourself from Direct Deposit by clicking to your Profile and setting the Bank pulldown to "Please terminate my Direct Deposit" and clicking Update. The Financial personnel at NW Soccer Officials will see your request and remove your information from the Current Banking fields and the associated Direct Deposit mechanism.
